Me

Introduction

My name is Erwan Martin, although you might more often meet me on the internet behind the nickname ZeWaren.
I was born on the 2nd of February 2008, in Rennes (Bretagne, France). I grew up until I was 8 in Thorigné Fouillard, then my family and I moved to Betton, a few kilometers West.

I went to school normaly, and years passing by, I discovered I was perfectly at ease with anything which concerns computer sciences. My preferences for sciences over literary then lead me to graduate from my high school in engineering sciences.

Current School Situation

I now live in Brest, and I'm currently in my fourth year (out of five) at the ENIB (Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Brest, National School of Engineering of Brest), which is a engineering public school (part of the Grandes Ecoles). The ENIB is a general engineering school, where you can take courses in computer sciences, electronics and mecatronics.

During my free time

When I'm not working at school, I enjoy several activities.

Computer programming

I've been programming for a number of years now, and I still enjoy creating softwares, websites. I'm also helping my friends and classmates to understand the computer courses we have. I'm also the author of some articles about computer sciences and life in general (see some of them in the article section of this website). The website about my software is called FZWTE (see fzwte.net).

Network Management

The building I'm living in is a student residence. Unfortunately, no internet connection is provided there. So a giant ethernet network was created, and kilometers of ethernet patches were deployed through the room's walls and running on the balconies. This network allow people to share their internet connection, play games together and share files. It is managed by a NPO, which I currently am the chairman.

Sport

L'ance du delec, a great place to swim

As a computer geek, I don't really like sports. However, I really enjoy swimming. Since I'm living 10 minutes away from the sea (by foot), I regularly bath in the sea.

I also enjoy Dance Dance Revolution (I own a TX4000).
